The Province of Ontario has opened new solicitations to those eager to apply for permanent occupants. This application is available to Express Entry applicants, including the 439 who connected via its Skilled Trades Stream.
That was the most solicitations and invite issued through the Skilled Trades Stream in a particular draw so far 2018 and it brings the number of Notifications of Interest (NOI) issued through the stream this year to 1,445.
Applying directly to OINP is not necessary or vital for those in the Express Entry pool. The Applicants should utilize their IRCC online records to verify NOI from Ontario. When the NOI letter is issued, the Applicants must trust that 45 days before they submit their application online.
The individuals who have worked in Ontario for no less than one year full-time or the proportional in part-time are qualified to apply for a permanent residence.
The experience depends on any work or occupational field enlisted in the National Occupational Classification’s (NOC) Minor Group 633 or Major Group 72, 73, or 82.
Different prerequisites required includes; you must be presently residing in the province of Ontario to qualify and meet the least funds requirements which should help sustain you in Canada.
Ontario’s immigration program famously called Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) utilizes the Skilled Trades Stream to look through the federal/government Express Entry pool for some individuals who satisfy the previously mentioned necessities.
Applicants will have completed certain requirements for the Canadian Experience Class, which is one of the three government financial immigration categories overseen by the Express Entry system.
They should also meet the stream’s regional criteria, also basic knowledge in English or French of Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 5.
The minimum Express Entry Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score requirements are not necessary for this stream.
Some applicants in the Express Entry pool who get a regional selection from Ontario are granted an extra point score of 600 toward their CRS score and move to and then they are placed in front as the next for an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for a permanent residency.

Options are also made available to French-Speaking workers through the OINP French-Speaking Worker Stream. OINP utilizes the stream to scan for the Federal Skilled Worker Class and Canadian Experience Class Applicants. But, that candidate must have a CLB 6 in English and CLB 7 in French.
This year alone, OINP has utilized this stream to issue 1,316 solicitations. The office has been dynamic as of late, leading new draws consistently.
The French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream and the Skilled Trades Streams are the same because they don’t require any minimum CRS score.
All applicants applying through either the French-Speaking Skilled Worker or the Skilled Workers streams are advised to make their own Express Entry profiles on the Federal system.
